At Toes to Nose Baby Store, we do our best to prepare and ship orders promptly and safely.

Delivery Areas

We provide delivery to the areas available during checkout, including areas within Israel, Jerusalem and the West Bank, subject to the service coverage of our delivery provider.

Delivery Fee

The standard delivery fee is ₪50 per order, unless a different fee applies to a specific area or the order qualifies for free delivery under an applicable promotion.

Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after the order is received by the delivery company.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, product availability, delivery provider and operational circumstances.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the store’s reasonable control, including delays caused by the delivery provider, weather conditions, strikes, security situations or other unforeseen circumstances.
