At Toes to Nose Baby Store, we care about our customers and aim to provide a pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience. This policy explains our procedures for order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds, while respecting the rights granted to consumers under applicable Israeli law.

Overview

Customers may request order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with this policy and applicable laws in Israel.

For online orders, special rules may apply to distance transactions, including cancellation periods and return conditions. Therefore, the two-day period is not a general cancellation deadline for all orders.

Optional exchanges due to a change of size or a preference for another product are subject to product availability and the store’s terms, without affecting any legal consumer rights.

Order Cancellation and Transaction Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order or transaction in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations.

For distance sales transactions, consumers may have the right to cancel the transaction within the period and under the conditions provided by law, including in cases where the product has already been received, subject to applicable legal exceptions and limitations.

When a transaction is cancelled, the customer must return the product to the store in accordance with applicable law, except where the cancellation is due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the information provided to the customer, or failure to deliver the product within the agreed time, subject to the applicable legal provisions.

Where cancellation fees are legally permitted, the store may charge the cancellation fee permitted by law.
